(Reuters) – India’s Bharti [Enterprises](https://startupobserver.com/global-enterprise-agility-month-how-organisations-can-not-only-survive-but-thrive/) said on [Monday](https://startupobserver.com/ab-inbev-aims-for-core-profit-growth-of-4-to-8-over-medium-term/) it has agreed to buy an around 24.5% stake in BT Group from the British telecommunication firm’s top shareholder, Altice UK.
