Joust Launches Instant Match Partner Console

24 May 2022: Australia’s leading online home loans marketplace, Joust.com.au, has launched its new Instant Match Partner Console as part of its mission to automate the customer acquisition process for lender and broker partners.

Joust helps borrowers connect with the right lenders and brokers. The company’s Instant Match service allows consumers to get an immediate snapshot of the loans most suited to their needs, thus saving them a significant amount of time and energy. It works by retrieving key details from the customer and instantly matching the top three home loans – and lenders or brokers – that best suit their online profile.

The newly launched automated platform allows Joust’s trusted partners to subscribe to a tailored choice of consumer profiles. These profiles are then delivered on a daily basis, directly to their partner console. The service is designed to save them time and effort, while allowing them to plan for consistent business growth and scale.

Joust CEO Carl Hammerschmidt said that the new automated model means partners can now put their prospecting and client acquisition onto autopilot while they focus on writing deals.

“Partners who have found a consumer profile that works for their business, such as a refinance in a certain state, can now save valuable time and effort on prospecting by subscribing to the service and duplicating their success month on month,” he said.

“This new one-touch model will also include an automated appointment setting function for ease of immediate customer contact. It allows for flexibility from start to finish and is tailored to volumes and timeframes that are best suited to our partners’ needs.

“Joust will manage all customer profile targeting and automate billing, freeing up time for brokers so they can focus on writing new business.”

Joust’s new automated model is the company’s latest innovation after it unveiled a new supplier sign-up portal last month, designed to allow easy onboarding of brokers, and is part of the company’s ongoing strategy for innovation in the Australian home loan market.

Brokers trying Joust’s Instant Match Partner Console for the first time will get 10 percent off their first order with code AUTOMATION10. For more information, please visit Joust.com.au.
