Teamed has announced a string of key appointments as the business prepares to grow market share in 2023.

Teamed is a service-led platform which takes the hard work out of compliantly employing talent from anywhere in the world. By managing global compliance, payroll and benefits, Teamed helps businesses to recruit efficiently from countries where they do not have a physical or legal presence.

Following the successful close of a £2.5M seed round in December, the global brand has bolstered its team with three additional senior leaders.

Tom Price-Daniel has been appointed as Head of Revenue and will be responsible for retention, growth and customer acquisition. He brings with him a wealth of experience having built and sold his first company in 2013 before transferring his skills to software, SaaS and WorkTech in 2015.

In 2017, Tom joined and scaled the HRtech platform Headstart (YC S17) to acquisition and most recently, he has acted as Advisor and VP of Revenue at FLAIR.

Plabon Rahman joins the business as Head of Operations and boasts over 12 years’ experience promoting diverse organisational growth, competitive advantages and changes across a range of different industries.

He is a proven leader for reengineering operations for optimal results, as well as innovating sales solutions and business strategies with long-term viability and growth prospects.

Jessica Allen has been appointed as Head of Marketing, tasked with amplifying Teamed’s mission of improving access to exciting career opportunities and addressing the growing demand for remote working.

She has several years’ experience working in growth marketing positions, standing her in good stead to attack the emerging market, which is expected to grow tenfold in the next five to ten years.

Elsewhere in the business, Mollie Geraghty has joined the sales department, while experienced Customer Success Manager, Harry Colley will focus on building loyalty to ensure long-term client retention.

Commenting on the hires, Antony Vallee, CEO at Teamed said, “It’s been an exciting few years which have seen Teamed achieve 30% month-on-month growth since 2020. There’s a clear demand for our service and as an increasing number of businesses recognise the value in global hiring, we’re set to continue on a similar trajectory.

“We’re thrilled to bring such fantastic talent on board. I’ve no doubt that each new team member will play their own unique part in helping navigate the coming months as we make ambitious plans a reality.”
