Postoplan, an automated marketing platform for social media and messengers that enables creation and planning of content, has announced a $1.5M investment round from lead investor TMT Investments accompanied by YellowRockets. It is the world’s first platform for the creation and automatic publication of content on WhatsApp.

The company plans to spend the funds to strengthen its position on the U.S. market and to continue development and improvement of the platform’s algorithm. Postoplan is the only social media management platform based on SaaS Freemium business model. The startup aims to help small and medium businesses by providing free subscriptions with no time limits and reducing the time of SMM manager’s work by 40%.
The platform is competing with the biggest players on the market — Buffer, Hootsuite, Sprout Social. Thanks to its unique at the market business model, over the period of 14 months the team reached revenue of more than $1M and demonstrated the average annual revenue growth +20% MoM, serving more than 100,000 clients across the world.

Startup’s largest markets are the U.S., Great Britain, Spain, and Mexico. Together, they account for 70% of all sales. In spite of the growing interest from the emerging markets, the company is planning its expansion in the U.S. and increasing partnership networks in diverse B2B and B2C industries. The platform operates on social media and messengers: Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Telegram, LinkedIn, and can be synchronized with Slack and Google My Business.
