New channel partner will sell Lenovo’s end-to-end solutions and services in line with Lenovo 360 framework

UK – June 20, 2022 – Lenovo Infrastructure Solutions Group (ISG) today unveiled its new distribution strategy for the UK and Ireland. Westcoast, a prominent distributor, providing leading IT products and services to a broad range of resellers and retailers, has been added to Lenovo ISG’s distributors. Westcoast will give more channel partners access to Lenovo’s full portfolio of servers, storage, and solutions products.

Westcoast becomes Lenovo ISG’s fourth distributor alongside Arrow, Northamber and TechData, giving Lenovo access to an extensive breadth of new IT channel partners. This also guarantees that Lenovo’s partners always have access to the products and services that they need.

Westcoast has a long standing partnership with Lenovo, specifically working with Intelligent Device Group (IDG). Adding ISG will mean that Lenovo’s entire offering is provided by Westcoast, enabling partners to grow their business through Lenovo 360. Lenovo 360 is a first-of-its-kind global channel partner framework designed to provide easier access to the entire Lenovo portfolio across devices, infrastructure, and services and solutions.

“Lenovo is highly committed to our partner ecosystem and our ‘Channel First’ strategy delivers a global framework via Lenovo 360,” said Ian Jeffs, General Manager, Lenovo Infrastructure Group. “Our existing ISG distributors support the UK’s biggest blue-chip companies, public sector organisations and SMB and Mid-Market partners. Working with Westcoast, we can collaborate with even more partners, giving the channel access to our smarter infrastructure solutions that are personalised for their customers.”

“Lenovo and Westcoast have had multiple years of business success and this announcement will benefit both companies, as well as our partners and customers. Lenovo’s clear commitment to provide easier access to the entire Lenovo portfolio across devices, infrastructure, and services and solutions will allow us to provide a new offering to our resellers,” said Paul Harman, Technology Solutions Director, Westcoast.
